Orders cancellations are not accepted after the shipment has been issued. Unclaimed, rejected or returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee without exceptions. Please track your package to prevent your item from being returned to us as UNCLAIMED.
In the case of returned merchandise, the shipping cost of our warehouse to you (US $ 19.95) or (DHL $ 59.95) is not refundable. Our carrier is (USPS / DHL) and, in case a returned package has not been claimed or rejected, (DHL / USPS) will charge the return of your package and those charges will be deducted from the final refund to the buyer. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to cover all shipping and handling costs of their package.
If the reason for the return of the product is due to defective or damaged, we will back the unit under the one-year warranty. It means, that we, as a company, will offer customer service that allows us to solve the problem satisfactorily. In most cases, we resolve the situation successfully. If the reason for the return of the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to your order; we will only refund the amount of the product. If you request a postage-paid return label, we will deduct shipping costs from the total refund amount.
If you decide to return the product because you understand that "does not match the description of the product," the company will request the following tests: Photo of the packaging (front and back), a photo of the item that arrived inside the box. Individually, a photo of the documents that we include inside the box or any other information that allows us to validate your claim. If you refuse to present any evidence, the case will automatically be dismissed.

The buyer must assume the return shipping cost. Immediately as we receive the package and process the return, we will send you a notification for the total refunded.
